EligibilityYou may use our website and services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.If you are placing an order or submitting materials on behalf of a company, family, organization, or another individual, you represent that you have the authority and necessary permissions to do so.Where a customer is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide any legally required consent and supervise the transaction.We may decline an order or enquiry if the proposed transaction is unlawful, the customer lacks the required authority, or the information supplied creates a legitimate compliance or security concern.

User Responsibilities and Customer ContentCustomers are responsible for ensuring that photographs, artwork, text, and other materials supplied to Digital Photobook Lab may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.You represent that you own the relevant materials or have obtained the permissions, licenses, and consents necessary for us to process them as agreed.You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, contains prohibited material, or otherwise breaches applicable law.Where photographs include identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required for the intended use, particularly where the materials concern children or other persons whose rights require special protection.You agree not to:Submit fraudulent or misleading order information.Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems.Use our website for unlawful activities.Impersonate another customer or rights holder.Submit materials that you are not authorized to use.Interfere with our website or communication systems.Use our contact channels to send spam, threats, or abusive messages.Digital Photobook Lab may decline to process materials where there is a reasonable basis to believe that their use would be unlawful or violate applicable platform requirements.

8. Orders, Quotations, and Customer ApprovalsA quotation or price estimate is based on the specifications and information available when it is prepared. Changes to quantity, size, materials, page count, customization, or delivery requirements may affect the final price and completion timeline.An enquiry or quotation request does not automatically constitute an accepted order.An order will be treated as accepted when Digital Photobook Lab confirms acceptance through an appropriate communication or other agreed process.Where a design preview, proof, layout, or customization sample is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before granting approval.Customers should verify spelling, names, dates, photographs, image placement, page order, and other important details.Approval of a proof or design may authorize us to proceed with production according to the approved version. Any later changes may require additional time or charges, subject to the applicable agreement and law.We will communicate material order changes where reasonably practicable.

9. Payment and Billing TermsPrices, payment schedules, taxes, and other charges will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.Unless otherwise specified, prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).Applicable GST or other statutory charges will be handled in accordance with the law and the nature of the transaction.Customers must make payments through payment methods authorized or communicated by Digital Photobook Lab.Any advance payment, deposit, balance payment, or payment milestone will be governed by the agreed transaction terms.Where a customer fails to make an agreed payment, we may pause further work or delivery where permitted by the agreement and applicable law. We will not impose unlawful charges or penalties.Customers should retain transaction receipts and contact us promptly if they identify a payment discrepancy.We will not ask customers to disclose banking PINs, passwords, or one-time passwords for unrelated purposes.

10. Subscription Renewal and TerminationDigital Photobook Lab does not necessarily provide subscription-based services. If recurring billing or a subscription arrangement is offered, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and relevant notice requirements will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the arrangement.Where automatic renewal is used, the Business will provide the applicable information and obtain any consent required by law.Customers may request cancellation through our published contact details, subject to the agreed terms and any work already performed.We may suspend or terminate access to a service where a customer materially breaches these Terms, engages in fraud, submits unlawful content, or creates a legitimate security or compliance risk.Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate the reason for suspension or termination.Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or remove rights and obligations that arose before termination.

11. Use of WhatsApp Business Platform and RCSDigital Photobook Lab may use WhatsApp Business services or RCS messaging, where available and appropriate, to communicate with customers and prospective customers.These channels may be used for legitimate business communications, including:Responding to customer enquiries.Sharing requested product or service information.Providing quotations and order confirmations.Communicating design approval requests, where applicable.Providing relevant order or delivery updates.Responding to customer support requests.Sending promotional communications where the required permission has been obtained.Our use of these services is subject to applicable law, provider terms, messaging policies, technical requirements, and any applicable consent obligations.We do not claim ownership of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, mobile operators, or their messaging infrastructure.Where a provider requires business verification, approved templates, opt-in records, or other prerequisites, we will take reasonable steps to meet the applicable requirements before using the relevant functionality.The availability of a messaging feature does not guarantee that a message will be delivered or that a particular communication channel will remain available.

12. Message Delivery and Compliance PolicyDigital Photobook Lab is committed to responsible and lawful business communication.We will take reasonable steps to ensure that communications sent through our authorized channels are relevant to the recipient and consistent with the purpose for which the contact information was provided.Where consent is required for promotional messaging, we will seek appropriate permission and respect valid withdrawal requests.Customers may request that promotional messages stop by using an available opt-out mechanism or contacting us directly.We will take reasonable steps to process valid opt-out requests. ConfidentialityDigital Photobook Lab recognizes that customers may provide private photographs, personal messages, family information, event details, and other confidential materials.We will take reasonable steps to limit access to such information to persons and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.Customers should not submit confidential information unrelated to their enquiry or order.Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is lawfully public, already lawfully known, independently developed, or received from an authorized source without confidentiality restrictions.We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a valid regulatory direction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
